Rotating Chimney

This refers to a chimney which is “pulling away” from house. The term “rotating” describes the usual effect where one side rotates away from the house. Gaps between the chimney and the wall of the house should be investigated. Also, watch for disturbances of the shingles near the chimney flashing.
